Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix quinoa flakes with paprika, cumin, floor coriander, oregano and chilli powder and blend nicely.

Add the hen strips to the quinoa combine and coat nicely, urgent the quinoa flakes and spices into the hen.

Lay the hen strips onto the ready tray and calmly spray with cooking oil spray. Bake for 10-Quarter-hour, then flip hen over, spray once more with cooking oil spray and return to the oven for an extra 10 minutes or till hen is cooked
by and the crumbs are golden. -
Whereas the hen is cooking mix the avocado, corn, tomato, onion, recent coriander and the lime juice.
