A healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle are two important factors that can radically reduce and even eliminate hair-related problems. But in addition to these factors, you can use natural oils that increase the speed of hair growth. There have been several studies on the relationship between hair growth and the use of natural oils. But nothing has been conclusively proven whether these oils can always be effective or not. But it doesn't hurt to try and find the best one for yourself.

In this article, three natural oils effective in increasing the speed of hair growth will be introduced to you.

Don't forget that to get the desired result, you have to use these oils continuously in the long term.

olive oil

Olive oil is used in many skin and hair care products, and it is considered one of the most available materials for this purpose. Olive oil nourishes your scalp well and keeps your hair soft and shiny.

You can apply some olive oil on your scalp and massage it or for better results, combine it with rosemary oil. Just use olive oil on your hair once a week to enjoy its benefits.

Castor oil

Castor oil has moisturizing properties and also increases the speed of hair and eyelash growth.

Just apply some of it to the scalp and massage gently for a few minutes. If you use castor oil every time you wash your hair, you will get the best of its benefits.

Jojoba oil

Jojoba oil is one of the natural oils that increase hair growth. Jojoba oil has a unique property and that is, unlike other oils, it does not penetrate the hair. Instead, it completely covers the hair follicle and thus prevents it from breaking and destroying it.

Apply this oil directly to your hair and scalp and wash after a few minutes. to remove the remaining fat.
